Drilling reagent “Polygum K-1” grades “B” and “C”

Drilling reagent Polygum-K grades “B” and “C” is a complex reagent based on water-soluble salts of humic acids, high-molecular polymers and modifying additives.
The reagent is intended for processing clayey drilling fluids with moderate mineralization in order to reduce the filtration rate and improve rheological properties.
The optimal concentration of the reagent for treating drilling fluids is from 0.5 to 3.0% by weight, depending on the indicators of mineralization and solid phase.

Advantages:
• effective in fresh and mineralized drilling fluids;
• does not lose properties up to a temperature of 180º C in a wide pH range;
• has high filtration properties, without thickening the solution;
• resistant to most pollutants;
• significantly cheaper than similar reagents of imported and domestic production;
Limitations:
• does not lose properties up to 15% of the total mineralization of the solution;
• efficiency decreases when the solution is saturated with calcium and magnesium salts above 500 mg/l.
Packaging:
The reagent is packaged in containers for bulk products, type MKR-1.0 C, polypropylene with a polyethylene liner. The bulk weight of one container is one ton.
