Drilling reagent “Metapol” C is technical lignosulfonates and modifying additives condensed in an acidic environment.
Used to regulate the rheological and filtration properties of drilling fluid, reducing fluid loss in various systems of water-based drilling fluids with bottomhole temperatures up to 150°C, in calcium chloride systems up to 90°C.
The drilling reagent can be pre-dissolved in water (~100-250 kg/m3), or directly added to the drilling fluid. Adding drilling reagent directly to the trough system may cause clogging of the bit attachments.
Bulk density 0.7 g/cm3, compatible with all chemical reagents, except flotation reagents T-80, T-92.
Metapol C is available in the form of a brown powder; its physical and chemical properties must meet the requirements specified in the table.

Packaging: The reagent is packaged in containers for bulk products, type MKR-1.0 C, polypropylene with a polyethylene liner. Bulk weight of one container is one ton.
