Drilling reagent “FHLS-ZR”
TU U 24.1-24709453-010-2011
Drilling reagent “FHLS-ZR” is a chromium-iron-containing high-molecular organic compound based on lignosulfonates, with a mass fraction of 3-valent chromium not exceeding 2.2%.
“FHLS-ZR” is designed to regulate the structural and mechanical properties of drilling clay fluids in order to improve their properties in terms of viscosity and heat resistance.
Features:
– reduces the viscosity of drilling fluids;
– increases the heat resistance of drilling fluids;
– combines well with all known reagents (UShR, CMC);
– completely soluble in water.
Bulk density 0.7 g/cm3, compatible with all chemicals.
“FHLS-ZR” is used by adding it to the drilling fluid in an amount of 0.5-4.0% in a commercial form or in the form of an aqueous solution.
